I'm a proud mum, Jordan passed all his exam's (seventeen SEVENTEEN!!!) All A's apart from a couple of B's and one C (German). He got an A star in Chemistry....

Huge sigh of relief and pride!

Jordan has gone to school to get his exam results.

I'm not really worried (she says as she paces the room and bites her nails), Jordan is brighter than most, certainly left me behind in the school work years ago. He's not nervous, he says he knows he's aced them (note to self, do something about Jordan's confidence levels)

Its a first for me, even though he isn't my eldest, Aaron never took exams, even if he'd still been with us he wouldn't have. His achievements were measured in many other, and quite frankly, more fun ways by his school.

It will be different again for Deion. Deion has already shown some nervousness about his. He's just done the Sat's at primary and he found it quite stressful. He got extra time, there is a system so that depending on disability, extra time is awarded, and Deion can even have a scribe for some parts, and can use his specially adapted computer for others.

But all this stuff is time consuming, so even though Deion knows his stuff, he finds it hard to record it in time.

I've told him not to worry about it now, its three years away (but oh my, how quick that will pass)

I guess its just one other thing he has to deal with.....

Sometimes one of my posts may come across harsh, judgemental even, so if that bothers you, I’d click off now….

Katie Price a.k.a. Jordan…now, whilst she has never been my cup of tea, not someone I particularly admire, she’s never really bothered me as such. She’s basically a foul mouthed, heavy drinking, glamour model with a lot of breast implants, but she has never really pretended to be anything else, and is easy enough to avoid (which I choose to do mostly). And okay so her and her husband Peter Andre have a fly on the wall, inside the home show, that is, well, quite frankly ridiculous, as they seem to do nothing but scream shout and swear at each other during thier...oooh, five minute marriage!…hardly a match made in heaven…but again, people are obviously interested in it…so whatever.

She has three kids, her eldest son she had with footballer Dwight York, his names Harvey, he’s a cutie pie, and he’s disabled. She has 2 other children with Peter Andre.

But what DID bother me, which made me so mad that I could spit…was the fact that her and her husband split up recently (not that I give a rats arse about that) but she jetted off to a secret location somewhere to get away…fine, but she took the kids…but not ALL the kids, she took her two able bodied children and left her disabled son behind!!! GGGGRRRR!!!

I wanted to throw something through the TV when I heard that, she should be ashamed of herself. How can you do that to your kids….she’s a mum, she doesn’t get to chose which ones she prefers… how is that supposed to make him feel, being discriminated against by your own mother….what a bitch!

I know some of you are going to say, oh well maybe she was going somewhere unsuitable, maybe she didn’t want to upset his routine…then she should have chosen to either go somewhere suitable, or stay put….after all, moneys no object….you just know this is going to be one of those break ups where the kids suffer (unless its all a publicity stunt...which is very likely), they are not going to be able to put their own selfish needs on hold for the sake of the kids….

Then aparently, she phoned her husband and blasted him for leaving Harvey at home with her mum so he could jet off also...so it's okay for her to do it....the whole situation is quite frankly ridiculous...and who is stuck in the middle....

She doesn’t deserve to be a mum in my eyes!!!

My son Jordan is 15 and a bit of a brain box, I'd like to be able to say he gets it from me, but it would just be a big fat lie!!!

He's been able to do 500 piece puzzles form the age of 4 and has been able to annihilate the most ardent chess player since he was about six!

When he was 5 and got his first connex construction set, I proudly made a cube, turned to show him and he humoured my creation while showing me the racing car, complete with a working steering wheel he'd built in the same amount of time.

He's taken most of his exams early, is doing 5 A levels, and is going to be an architect...I have no doubt he will do it, he seems to be able to swan through his school terms and exams with relative ease.

As Jordan's intelligence is common knowledge, one of his uncles bought him a Mensa challenge calendar for Christmas.

Great idea, it has a difficult mental challenge each day to 'give your Brain a morning work out' and they range in difficulty from 1 to 5. On the difficulty 1 and 2 days I breathe a sigh of relief, because after that, they really are hard.

Jordan loves them and always, tests me on them after he's completed them without too much trouble.

And I have to say, I hate feeling stupid compared to my own child. Oh, he left me way behind in his maths class work and stuff years ago but on something like this, I want to feel like I am keeping up! I consider myself an intelligent woman (most of the time), so I refuse to back down.

I have now officially lost the plot...when did I realise this, at five o'clock this morning, when I got up extra early (and on a Sunday too!), so I could sneak a peak at today's Mensa challenge and figure out the answer before Jordan was awake!

Ha! This'll show him...now when he gets up to do it, he'll test me and I'll be able to give the answer really quickly!!!
