Okay, we're stranded, Deion's wheelchair broke down yesterday....the repair man came out today to fix it, after lots of chin rubbing, lots of head shaking, muttering about parts and components, he announced he couldn't fix it, he had to order parts. So he's taken it away, as he didn't have the right tools.
I guess mechanics are mechanics!
I am now panicking about Deion having it for return to school....

When a wheelchair is absolutely necessary they should always have one available for you while you wait for the repair. Sorry

Oh, no, what a terrible thing to happen. They don't have a loaner you could use? Probably, but not like his. I hope you get it back really soon.

A loaner was my first thought as well. This just seems crazy.

Sorry Sally, does the school not have something? Since the inept company isn't helping, thought the school might! I know, long shot!

Call every day, asking if it's fixed, because he needs to go to school. If you don't, they might take their sweet-@$$ time.
They should've had a loaner or gave you the option to rent one. I know his chair is specialized but a couple days would've been okay.

I did ask about a loaner, but there is no electric loaner, i thought it was crazy, but then they said (and I guess it makes sense) that they would have to have a basic loaner in all ages and sizes if that was the case. and even Deions controls are modified....I' am harassing them continuously, i think they are so sick of the sound of my voice, they are gonna fix it asap to just shut me up!!! fine by me lol!

That is definitely not good! Hopefully it will be returned and fixed very quickly!
