WHY BOYS NEED MOMS!

Monday 11 May 2009

Well, someone needs to keep them in line...or have a stroke trying!!!

The tattoist should have asked for proof of age!!!

Can't really see the problem with this one...Aaron was like this every morning/lunch time/dinner time/mid morning/bedtime/middle of the night...

Football hooligan!

Start 'em young!

This is pretty tempting!

Sadly, all mine have tried this very thing!

Yick!

Wish i'd thought of this!

I did something similar to the last one. I (willingly) raced down a steep car park ramp. I still don't know how I survived. lol!

That last picture gives me the heebie jeebies!

My kids, 1 girl and 2 boys waited until they were grown to tell me 'some' of the things they used to do. The one that gives me nightmares is when they would climb the cement grain elevators, that I think are way over 100', and then they would sit on the edge of them, swinging their legs. Oh-h-h, it gives me the 'heebie-jeebies' just writing about it!

However, when I hear my husband and his brothers talk about their childhood, I wonder how any of us wives even had them to pick out of the pack! My MIL was a wonder woman...she raised 5 boys and 3 girls. Her hubby died when he was 47, 18 months after the last one was born. My hubby, was the oldest, not even 16.

Sorry this is so long, but I had to share!

My personal favorite is the duct taped baby on the wall. There are times I still want to do this with my kids...and the dog...and the chickens.....and.....and....

Did you get this in forward e-mail? It looks so familiar and my Mother-in-law is always sending those to me.

Anyway, it cracks me up. Especially the kid attached to the wall and the boy with the pads!

LOl, yeah the last one is something i'd still be tempted on! and duct tape... i wonder if my kids would tell if i did this???

the thing is, i wonder how we survived too...when i think of my 'wonderwoman' antics, my tree climbing antics, the home made go carts...goodness, i'm surprised my mum wasn't totally grey by the time she was 25!

    apparently i wasn't a girly girl!!!

I love these pictures, I'm going to show them to my kids! The pads are hilarious!!!

actually the pad trick isn't so funny when you've just had a new born baby and the health visitor is round, and she goes to the bathroom to find them stuck all over your three year old...and in a lovely pattern all over the bathroom wall....she was a bit straight laced, and couldn't wait to get out the door!!!

and it would have been even better if, the next time she visited, the magnetic letters on the fridge hadn't by some awful, accidental miracle spelt out a terrible terrile swear word!!!

I am all over the duct tape idea! Pure Genius!!

And the panty liners..been there done that. My boys seems to think the plastic wrappers contain candy. NOT!
